Our New Web Site!
February 27th, 2009
Welcome to the Memorial Funeral Home blog. We hope you have a chance to browse our website, we have included many new features with this update.
Please look at the bookstore where you can find many books and videos from our grief support library, as well as recommendations from our Community Connections monthly newsletter.
Our online obituaries and memorials have also been upgraded with Photo Galleries. Each family will be able to create a special online memorial with the obituary, condolences from family and friends, a photo gallery, and a venue to make memorial donations online.
One last update to share with you now is our online funeral planning form. Here you can record all the important information needed to start your funeral arrangement. Once you’ve completed the form, you can print it to share with a family member, and follow up with the funeral director to review the next steps.
We look forward to continuing to provide the information you need, drop me an email with any other ideas.

I like the new look of your web site. More info and more professional looking. I am a daily viewer. The site keeps us informed to send sympathy cards to families of friends and former co-workers.
Will your site offer the feature of “signing up” to be notified by email when a new obit is created? O’Neill’s has this option on their site.
FYI… when you do an obit search, you get the current listing. As you know, every system has glitches to iron out.
My husband and I moved to Lady Lake, Florida in 1997. I am fifth generation 5th ward Newport. Charles and Bob were in high school with my brothers. My father was waked at Memorial in 1984.
Thanks… and a healthy 2009 to you and your families.
